Mapping projector has brightness from 7,000-30,000 ansi lumens.Customer need to know how to choose the suit projector to making the mapping events.

Firstly, its necessary to know the resolution of projector you need. the main resolution in market for projectors are

1. WUXGA 1920*1200 (W:H =   16:10)

2. WXGA 1280*800 (W:H=16:10)

3. XGA 1024*768(W:H=4:3）

The higher resolutions, the higher price, the more clear on video and image (when brightness is bright enough).some times the size of mapping are is very big, customer need makes several projectors together to works for one big area, at this time, customer need consider both the cost of projector and the cost of other device, because the higher resolution,means customer need prepare powerful graphic device to support it ,that means higher cost .

Secondly, customer need consider   the brightness of projectors, for example ,1 piece 10,000 ansi lumens can supply 40-80 square meter area mapping( if the building is dark, size is big,if building is bright, size is small) ,customer can also choose 2 pcs 5,000-6,000 ansi lumens projector works together to replace 1 piece 10,000 ansi lumens, but that means more work on adjust projectors and buy other device for them works together. so when we prepare a project, we need   consider the projector cost and other softare/hardware cost   and complex of adjust work,to choose the best one we can accpet.

thirdly,mapping projector is heavy, weight from 25-50 kg/pc, so customer also need consider the installation problem based on the weight,many old buildings can not destroy,so sometimes need hanging projector up on the truss,customer need consider use what type of truss to load that projector.
